The products described below are developed and produced in our own factory close to Het Spaarne in Haarlem. It is all happening in the old staff kitchen of a former Tax and Revenue office in Haarlem. In making our products we only use high-quality ingredients, preferably locally and sustainably produced.
All our products are made from sustainably kept pigs from De Heyde Hoeve. This is a conscious choice: Olijck stands for honest products that are good for man, animal and the environment.
